Cancellation Policy
OG BOXING – WAIVER & RELEASE By checking this box, I agree to the following: I understand that participating in boxing (even non-contact), fitness, and training activities at OG Boxing & Fitness involves risks, including injury or illness. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from doing so. I understand it is my responsibility to stop if I feel unwell and inform staff. I release and hold harmless OG Boxing, Greenwich Boxing Inc., its owners, coaches, and staff from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my participation. I agree to follow all instructions and use equipment properly. OG Boxing is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. ⸻ Cancellation Policy I understand and agree to the following: • Training sessions require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule • Classes require 12 hours notice to cancel • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the session/class ⸻ Media Release I understand that photos and videos may be taken during classes for marketing and social media. By agreeing, I grant permission for OG Boxing to use my likeness. If I prefer not to be included, I will notify staff in advance, and reasonable efforts will be made to exclude me.
